IGaN confirms its participation at the upcoming A*CCELERATE NOW!, to be held 10-September 2019 at the Atrium, Fusionpolis One, 1 Fusionpolis Place, Singapore.
Organised in conjunction with IP Week @SG, the event is hosted by the commercialisation arm of A-STAR, A*ccelerate. Themed “Ideas to Assets: Driving Enterprise Growth with IP”, the event features interesting and disruptive innovations as a series of thought-provoking talks and discussions hosted by industry leaders in various fields.
IGaN has exclusivity of Singapore’s A-STAR’s GaN-on-Si intellectual properties, and offers a “one-stop” approach to GaN-on-Si technologies through an ecosystem that includes partnerships with research institutions and leading foundry.
The company will showcase its GaN-on-Si epiwafer products and proprietary 8” GaN fabrication technologies for cutting-edge power, RF, and sensor applications – designed to drive customers’ commercialisation goals in Smart City initiatives including AV/EV, renewable energy, LiDAR, 5G, high performance sensors, and IoT.
